I am a photographer from Saudi Arabia (Riyadh City)
I love all kinds of art, but I found myself more in photography - especially black and white photos..
i found them the best way to express myself or what i think of.
My actual start was in 2004, i bought my first DSLR Nikon D70,
At the beginning of my photography, i was focused on studio work.. conceptual and surreal photos.
Then i had a chance to live in the united states for a while. Living there made me shift my focus a bit towards the nature, i considered myself as impressionist / realist photographer. I looked and searched for the hidden beauty in it, the light and the shadow tones, the changes of the colors between the seasons, the colors of the fall.
Now that i am home, i want to to go back to my original work, what i really have passion for conceptual and surreal photos.
I'm inspired by Ansel Adams' works (the Godfather of the black and white),
also by Misha Gorden's work (the Godfather of the conceptual photography),
and of course by the masters of monochrome like Yousuf Karsh.
Hmm, I don't have much to say except that i hope for you enjoyable time here..
Sincerely,
